Special yellow tea - pigmented leaves of yellow and stems

This is a special variety of Chinese Yellow Tea in which in addition to the whole leaves, pieces of stems appear to obtain, keeping intact the prerogatives of the yellow teas, an infusion with a more decisive aroma with slightly bitter pleasant tones.

Unlike the black and green ones, this category of tea is less widespread and known outside China, but deserves to be labeled as a special tea for its characteristics and its soft taste. The processing is similar to the one that applies to green teas, but with a procedure that provides a very slow drying of the leaves, so that green pigments modify their shades in golden yellow. 

INFUSION: 3-4 minutes at 70-80

Dosage: 2 teaspoons in 200ml of water
