Green tea gunpowder temple of heaven - rolled green leaflet

The finest quality of the well -known Chinese green tea, with manually rolled leaves to form small spheres. The taste is the acidic and typically metallic one of the Gunpowder, with notes of greater softness. It is suitable for afternoon consumption and after dinner.

INFUSION: 2-3 minutes at 70º

Dosage: 2 teaspoons in 200ml of water

Recommended use: pure.

N.B. Respect short infusion times to avoid the emergence of bitter notes.

There are different varieties of green tea and each has its own optimal temperature parameters, quantity, infusion time, but the advice is always not to use too hot water, so as not to run the risk of deteriorating the active ingredients. 

Green tea is the tea that requires the shortest infusion time, for this reason the 2-3 minutes should not be exceeded: exceeding the indicated time the drink will result from the too bitter flavor.
