Use of the cast iron teapot
When using the cast iron teapot for the first time, put 5-10 g of tea in the filter, add the water to the teapot and cook for about 10 minutes to remove the particular smell of the new teapot. After the boil, remove the water from the teapot and repeat what is described above 2-3 times until the water is clear. It is recommended to use the new teapot every day when you start using it.
The heat source suitable for the cast iron teapot is coal fire. Electric stoves, induction kitchens and gas stoves can also be used. In daily use, please fill the teapot of up to about 80% of water to prevent them from overflowing during boiling.
After the cast iron teapot has been used for about 5 days, scarlet spots on the internal wall will appear, while white limestone will appear in about 10 days. This is normal, until the water is cloudy, it will not influence the drink.
After each use, put the teapot over small fire to completely evaporate the water, then clean it with a soft cloth to keep dry; Do not leave the water in the teapot overnight. This means that the teapot rusts less and hard more.
Maintenance
The cast iron teapot can be rusty. In reality, do not worry too much about this, since the rust of the teapot is not harmful to human health, if rust stains are unsightly, it is possible to remove them with the following methods:

3. Decalcifying with vinegar: vinegar is the most commonly used product to remove limestone and rust. Pour a little vinegar into the teapot, add water and boil, then brush while the water boils to quickly remove rust (be careful not to burn your hands!).
