If we needed to find three words to describe our Shilajit, these would be these. Shilajit is unantan substance and medicine based on herbs that contains over eighty -five minerals and trace elements that the human body needs to function optimally. Shilajit has been consumed for thousands of years in Asia due to the numerous benefits it offers. From the strengthening of cognitive and mental functions, which plays a significant role practically in everything, we do in our daily life to support physical, emotional and spiritual processes.
Where does it come from?
This particular Shilajit comes from the Altai mountains, a complex Central mountain system that extends for about 1,200 miles (2,000 km) in a south-east-northwest direction from Gobi (desert) to the western Siberian plain, through China, Mongolia, Russia and Kazakhstan. The jagged ridge of the mountains derive their name from the Turkish-Mongolo Altan, which means golden. But do not be fooled by its size, since the Altai mountains do not contain many places where you can find Shilajit. There are only a few points where it comes to the surface and covers the sides of the mountains like a dense black tar. However, local people know unique places in which this black resin covers the steep slope of the mountain at 3000 m altitude, which offers a spectacular view at the same time.
In some cases, Shilajit passes through the rocks to the mountains, ponds inside a cave or crack. People reported that they can form in a mass so thick that they start to form stalagmites and even form large puddles of this rich crunchy resin. Collection and cleaning
