The smudge or more commonly swarm incense are handled by hand with dried woods and leaves of aromatic plants, which have always been used traditionally by Native Americans. The "smudging" is in fact one of the most common shamanic rites, according to which by burning these special sticks, malignant spirits and negative energies are removed from a specific place or its soul.

Tips of use: Turn on the smudge stick at the end and wait until you glimpse a flame. Then agitate it to spread the smoke. You can keep it in your hand by shaking it in the premises or you can let it burn on a fireproof surface. To purify the environments from negative energy it is advisable to walk with the smudge in hand along the perimeter of the rooms, insisting in the corners.
