Camphor (Kapur in India) is obtained from the leaves of the camphor tree from which the precious oil is extracted. Camphor is of medical importance and used in Ayurveda to balance the Dosha Kapha. Camphor is highly effective for meditation, lighting, bringing deep tranquility and relaxation.
