Milk Oolong tea - Large whole leaf curled 

Chinese special tea, with a sweet aroma with unique aftertaste of milk. In plantations at high altitude, in areas where temperature changes are frequent, the leaves on the plant undergo a natural chemical modification for which aromatic molecules are formed. It is worked manually using milk vapors and this procedure gives delicacy and lightness, for a full and satisfying taste, silky and soft. Thus, during processing, the ribs release a slight scent of milk, vanilla and mou candy. In infusion, the fragrance is released, making this tea very pleasant and particular. 

INFUSION: 5 minutes to 80-90

Dosage: 1 teaspoon in 200ml of water

Recommended use: pure, sugar or honey
