Black Tea Assam Tgfop 1 Ethelwood

The acronym Tgfop indicates the excellence, underlined by the number 1, of this Indian tea from the Ethelwood gardens in Assan. An important tea, recognizable by the malty taste and the color of the infusion tending to red. 

INFUSION: 3-4 minutes at 90-95º

Dosage: 2 teaspoons in 200ml of water

Recommended use: with milk or cream, sugar

Depending on the variety, black tea has several degrees of intensity. The lighter the tea is, the shorter the infusion time must be. In general, the tea left in infusion up to 2 minutes has a stimulating action, while if you exceed 5 minutes the effect will be relaxing.
