Scented Ceylon tea, to be enjoyed steaming. It promotes digestion and can be presented in the appropriate glass as a sort of non -alcoholic punch.
Ingredients: Ceylon black tea mixture and aromas
INFUSION: 3 minutes at 90-95º
Dosage: 2 teaspoons in 200 ml of water
Recommended use: Pure, hot or cold
Black tea in general contains tannins, minerals, vitamins, essential oils and caffeine: the latter is slowly released by the body, unlike what happens with coffee. The tannins have a soothing effect on the stomach.
