Black tea Vietnam Op - Media Black Leaf

A whole leaf orange peoke that comes from small companies located in the northern areas of the country, in hilly areas surrounded by the forest. Plants grow without chemical interventions and the leaves are worked following ancient traditions with craft methods. It does not fear the comparison with Chinese tea and surprises for the strong and fragrant aroma with a honeyed bottom

INFUSION: 3-4 minutes at 90-95º

Dosage: 2 teaspoons in 200ml of water

Recommended use:  pure or with milk

Depending on the variety, black tea has several degrees of intensity. The lighter the tea is, the shorter the infusion time must be. In general, the tea left in infusion up to 2 minutes has a stimulating action, while if you exceed 5 minutes the effect will be relaxing. 

Black tea in general contains tannins, minerals, vitamins, essential oils and caffeine: the latter is slowly released by the body, unlike what happens with coffee. The tannins have a soothing effect on the stomach.
