Pi-air tea 

It is also known as Chinese red tea for the color of the infusion. Coming from the Yunnan plateaus, this post-feasting tea, rich in antioxidant polyphenols, for particular processing is preserved for a long time by improving over time. Aging gives him a surprising flavor of wet woods and wood.
