Green tea chun Mee - Leaves rolled up with eyebrows

A famous Chinese green tea with a delicate taste. Its name derives from the particular eyebrow shape of the hand -rolled leaves and dried. In the cup it has a golden color and a persistent aroma. 
The taste is well recognizable for the fruity background that recalls the flavor of the plum and leaves the characteristic sense of freshness.

INFUSION: 3 minutes at 70º

Dosage: 1 teaspoon in 200ml of water

Recommended use: pure or mint

There are different varieties of green tea and each has its own optimal temperature parameters, quantity, infusion time, but the advice is always not to use too hot water, so as not to run the risk of deteriorating the active ingredients.
