INFUSION: 2-3 minutes at 70º

Dosage: 1 teaspoon in 200ml of water 

Recommended use: pure or little softened with brown sugar. 

N.B. Respect short infusion times to avoid the emergence of bitter notes

There are different varieties of green tea and each has its own optimal temperature parameters, quantity, infusion time, but the advice is always not to use too hot water, so as not to run the risk of deteriorating the active ingredients. 

Green tea is the tea that requires the shortest infusion time, for this reason the 2-3 minutes should not be exceeded: exceeding the indicated time the drink will result from the too bitter flavor.
