Green tea Kukicha toasted - Bio Premium
Biological toasted green tea of the highest quality.
The 3 -year Kukicha consists exclusively of the piccioli of the leaves and the thinner twigs from the sprinkling of plants, from which the bancha is obtained, which are at least three years old. The stems, collected and chopped, are left to dry and put to rest for a year before the roasting. They present themselves with a beautiful hazelnut color according to the more or less important roasting and emanate a vague perfume of coffee. Thanks to macrobiotics it is a well -known tea and is considered among the healthiest existing. Very pleasant, totally without Theine, therefore suitable for everyone and easily consumablely in the evening, this tea has the beautiful golden tones typical of black tea in the cup.
INFUSION: 4-5 minutes at 70º
Dosage: 1 teaspoon in 200ml of water
Recommended use: pure. Suitable for being reinfusing.
N.B. The water too hot nor alters the taste and properties
There are different varieties of green tea and each has its own optimal temperature parameters, quantity, infusion time, but the advice is always not to use too hot water, so as not to run the risk of deteriorating the active ingredients.
